Blair and Serena have been enemies until a month ago when Serena found out that she got into Yale, but Serena didn't tell Blair so they could still be friends. But when Serena finally tells her that she got into Yale and Blair didn't they end up being enemies again. When Serena went to the Yale party for all the people that got into Yale Blair went with her, so Blair could talk to the people at Yale and ask them why they accepted Serena and not her. But when Blair asked them they said that she could be accepted if she wanted to be a doctor, she has been on the waiting list but now that they saw how caring she was over her new baby sister and how well she was able to take care of her mom when she went into labor at her school they decided that if Blair really wanted to go to Yale she would have to become a doctor.
